Pre-sale: When customer send us the logo, we will put up some professional suggestion and recommend the right technology for you. If the customer confirm the order, we will arrange draw artwork for you soon after you make payment. We support online payment, you can also direct bank transfer.
Sale: Our designer will design and modify the artwork until the customer is totally satisfied with it. After the customer confirm the artwork, the factory starts making sample or production. If you are urgent with the order, please explain in advance. We will ask the factory to rush your order first. Before shipping, we will take picture and video for you, as well as tracking number. Once you receive our products, you can confirm the receipt.
